Role & Responsibilities

Your role:

You are at the heart of the organization. As a Supply Chain and Order Fulfilment Officer you ensure that all customer orders are processed correctly and delivered on time. You take ownership, think ahead, and take action when needed. You spot errors and bottlenecks quickly and collaborate smoothly with colleagues to keep operations running. In short: you bring calm to the chaos and trust to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders (manual, semi-automated, and via EDI)

• Optimize the order flow and act on stock issues or processing errors

• Handle Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) orders

• Coordinate with sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics teams

• Act as a back-up for customer service colleagues

PROFILE

• You hold a bachelor's degree in administration, supply chain or logistics (or equivalent through experience)

• You have experience with SAP and order management systems – or you’re a fast learner

• You’re precise, independent, and customer-oriented

• You’re a team player who thinks ahead

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
